No, he CALLS THE POLICE, to report what REALLY bothers him:
A sign that says "Fuck Israel", outside the Michigan Theater in Ann Arbor.

The caller piteously begs the police, saying "I just didn't know where to call."
He identifies himself to the police as "Hani Bawardi".
You can hear him informing on the person carrying the "Fuck Israel" sign, in as much detail as he can.
